For properties new to our maintenance program, a one-time System Setup may be required. This service allows us to review available records, locate and document system components, and establish your property in our maintenance and reporting system.
System Setup May Include:

- Baseline photos and documentation
- Customer account setup and service scheduling
This helps ensure accurate, efficient service and complete maintenance records from day one. The System Setup service is waived for systems originally installed by Leonardo Excavation.
